After being told I would never be able to have children, I am now a stay-at-home Mommy to Maddie who happens to have Down Syndrome. I've been married 16 years to my best friend, having the time of my life. Thanks for stopping by and sharing in our little journey through life.
I found this free workshop called the Joy of LOVE. It began yesterday. I received an email with the day's assignment and a tutorial. The photo prompts involve the loved ones in your life. Sound fun? You can still join too! Did I mention it's free!!
Here's yesterday's assignment: What they do. Here's my photo, representing Kyle.
I found your blog through the Joy of Love class... & I read all the way through your blog this morning! Maddie's so very lucky to have you & your hubs for parents! a loving extended family! and such stimulating activities! I have no doubt she'll find her niche in life - look at all the happiness she brings to so many people in her family! Just think of what she will do as she ventures into her community - she's adorable & her smile will light up all who come in contact with her! I've bookmarked your blog - to see Maddie, but also to admire your photos & your "preschool" activities with your daughter. What an amazing mommy, wife, photographer & blogger!
Christine, Thank you so much! I really appreciate your wonderful comments. Maddie really does light up our world. Her favorite thing to do is go to the grocery store and wave hi to everyone who passes by! Thanks for reading my blog!
Nice! I love close ups.
